MEET THE GINGA TEAM
Ginga Agrifood Manufacturing Ent. Inc is a family-owned company that was built and created by our CEO, Ms. Lota Lazarte-Manalo. It was 2005 when she attended a baking class however she became more interested and curious when she learned about the "salabat" making class in the other room. From there, she made this business and gained a lot of support from her family and friends. As of now, Ginga Agrifood has almost 100 employees.
LOTA LAZARTE - MANALO
CEO and President
Ginga Agrifood was established in 2005, with the help of her family. Her interest in making ginger brew or salabat was the main reason why Ginga became the company that it is today. One of her main goals is to provide livelihood to the people of Lobo and its community.
HON. GAUDIOSO "JURLY" MANALO
Vice President
Hon. Mayor Gaudioso Manalo is a politician and entrepreneur. He is currently serving as mayor of Lobo, a municipality of Batangas Province, CaLaBaRZon Region, Philippines.
CHARISSE MALAZARTE
Operations Manager
She graduated with a degree of BS Management Accounting in University of San Carlos in Cebu. She was a Marketing Officer in one of the trusted banks in the Philippines for six years then later became a Project Coordinator in an oil and gas company in Singapore before she transferred in Ginga as an Operations Manager.
DAVE LYNDON MALAZARTE
Finance Head
He graduated with a degree of BS Accountancy. He worked in of the most trusted banks in the Philippines for 8 years then he transferred to a company who produces trains and aircrafts for another 2 years. His experience made him a successful project coordinator in Singapore for 8 years.
SAMPAGUITA "SAM P" LAZARTE
Branch Manager, Lipa
Lipa, Batangas is a new branch and she was assigned to be the branch manager for the south luzon or CALABARZON area. She currently over-all managing and supervising the operations, sales, logistics and inventory of the Batangas and Quezon Province branch.
LUCITA LAZARTE
Branch Manager, Cebu
She is a social worker and a barangay councilor serving in Cebu. She currently over-all managing and supervising the operations, sales, logistics and inventory of the Cebu branch.
ALMA FERNANDEZ
Plant Manager, Lobo
She has 30 years of experience in food and manufacturing operations- management& warehousing/ logistics, engineering & quality system and 6 years in food service operation. She was a graduate of BS in Food Technology in Philippine Women's University.
