MEET THE GINGA TEAM
Ginga Agrifood Manufacturing Ent. Inc is a family-owned company that was built and created by our CEO, Ms. Lota Lazarte-Manalo. It was 2005 when she attended a baking class however she became more interested and curious when she learned about the "salabat" making class in the other room. From there, she made this business and gained a lot of support from her family and friends. As of now, Ginga Agrifood has almost 100 employees.

Ginga Agrifood was founded in 2005 with the support of her family, driven by her passion for crafting authentic ginger brew, or salabat. This dedication became the foundation of the company’s success. Beyond creating quality beverages, one of her core goals is to provide meaningful livelihood opportunities for the people of Lobo and the surrounding community.

JASTINNE LAZARTE-NATSUME
Vice President
She brings extensive experience from her years managing within a restaurant service group in Japan. For the past two years, she has successfully led operations as the Manager of Ginga Café, ensuring exceptional service, smooth daily operations, and strong team performance.

CHARISSE MALAZARTE
Operations Manager
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting from the University of San Carlos in Cebu. She began her career as a Marketing Officer at one of the Philippines’ most trusted banks, where she worked for six years. She then moved to Singapore to serve as a Project Coordinator in the oil and gas industry before joining Ginga Agrifood as Operations Manager.

DAVE LYNDON MALAZARTE
Finance Head
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and began his career at one of the Philippines’ most trusted banks, where he worked for eight years. He then joined a company specializing in trains and aircraft, gaining two more years of valuable experience. This strong foundation led him to a successful eight-year tenure as a Project Coordinator in Singapore.

LUCITA LAZARTE
Branch Manager, Cebu
She is a dedicated social worker and currently the Barangay Captain in Cebu. She oversees and manages the overall operations, sales, logistics, and inventory of the Cebu branch, ensuring smooth performance and strong community alignment.

JORIEL CUREG
Plant Head, Lobo
He has extensive experience managing Ginga Agrifood’s central warehouse operations for several years. He oversees the entire plant—covering production, warehousing, packing, and overall operational flow—ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and smooth day-to-day performance across all departments.
